Simple Operation
No Complex Setup
Whether you're counting stock for sale, performing an inventory audit, or stocking ponds for grow-out, manual counts are a bottleneck. The Stocker is the no-nonsense workhorse designed for one job: to give you a fast, accurate count every time. Reliable over unnecessary complexity — stock standard, straightforward, simple.

Why Hatcheries Choose the Stocker

It does one thing, and it does it brilliantly. No touchscreens to calibrate, no software to update — just load fish and read the count.

01

Set-and-Forget Counting

No training required. Load fish into the hopper, and the optical sensor does the rest. The count displays in real-time on a clear digital readout. Reset with one button.

02

Built for Daily Use

Robust construction that handles the wet, the messy, and the repetitive. Corrosion-resistant components, sealed electronics, and a design that shrugs off the hatchery environment.

03

Right-Sized for Your Operation

Two models, zero guesswork. Stocker1 for fingerlings and smaller stock (0.7–10 cm). Stocker2 for larger grading and grow-out (2–25 cm). Pick the throughput that matches your volume.

Engineered for Simple Reliability

Every feature exists to make your counting faster, easier, and more accurate. Nothing more, nothing less.

>99% Accuracy

Optical counting precision that you can trust for inventory audits, sales counts, and stocking records. No second-guessing.

Up to 300K / Hour

High-throughput counting that keeps pace with your busiest days. Stocker2 handles 300,000 fish per hour — that's not a typo.

Real-Time Digital Display

Instant count readout on a clear digital screen. No waiting for batch processing — watch the number climb as fish pass through.

One-Button Reset

Start fresh every batch with a single button press. No menus, no settings to navigate. Press, count, done.

Corrosion-Resistant Build

Sealed electronics and wet-rated components designed for the hatchery floor. Saltwater and freshwater ready.

Portable or Positionable

Stocker1 is highly portable (~25 kg) — carry it between tanks. Stocker2 is positionable (~45 kg) — set it in place and feed through.

Common Questions

QWhich Stocker model do I need?
It comes down to fish size and volume. Stocker1 handles fingerlings and smaller stock from 0.7–10 cm at up to 200K/hr. Stocker2 covers larger grading and grow-out from 2–25 cm at up to 300K/hr. If you're counting fingerlings or fry, Stocker1. If you're stocking grow-out ponds with larger fish, Stocker2.
QHow accurate is the Stocker really?
>99% accuracy under normal operating conditions. The optical sensor counts each fish as it passes through the channel. Accuracy can be affected by extremely high flow rates or fish clustering — maintain a steady, even feed for best results.
QIs it difficult to set up and operate?
That's the whole point — it isn't. No touchscreen calibration, no software updates, no complex menus. Load fish into the hopper, read the count on the digital display, and press one button to reset between batches. If you can turn it on, you can use it.
QCan the Stocker handle saltwater species?
Yes. The Stocker uses corrosion-resistant components and sealed electronics rated for both freshwater and saltwater environments. Rinse after use in saltwater to maximise component lifespan.
QWhat happens if the counter miscounts?
Miscounts are rare at >99% accuracy. The most common cause is overloading the hopper or feeding fish too quickly. Maintain a steady, even flow and the optical sensor delivers consistent results. If you ever need to verify, the one-button reset lets you recount immediately.
