💡 Nanobubbles are resistant to degassing — they build longer-lasting oxygen reserves, improve oxidation, and control biofilms

The BTA Approach

NOT ANOTHER GENERATOR.
JUST THE NOZZLE.

Most "nanobubble generators" on the market are just a nozzle hidden inside an expensive, inflexible box packed with built-in compressors and gauges. But let's face it: it’s the bubble you want, not the box it comes out of.

Because the nozzle does all the work, buying an entire enclosed system is often a price-prohibitive waste of capital. 90% of facilities already have a pump and a central gas supply on-site (and if you don't, we can size standard industrial equipment for a fraction of the cost). Our NBN range provides the core technology, allowing you to minimise your CapEx and maximise your effectiveness without paying for redundant componentry.

Why Nanobubbles?

TINY BUBBLES. BIG RESULTS.

Nanobubbles are tiny, stable gas bubbles that do extraordinary things for aquaculture systems. No expensive hardware — just add a pump, gas supply, and your existing pipework.

💨

Resistant to Degassing

Build longer-lasting oxygen reserves in water. Nanobubbles remain suspended far longer than conventional bubbles.

🛡️

Additional Biosecurity

Helps eliminate harmful bacteria and viruses for healthier stock and cleaner water.

Increased Oxidation

Breaks down waste and organics more effectively than conventional aeration methods.

💰

Reduced Gas Use

Lower oxygen and ozone consumption is a typical outcome of nanobubble application.

🌱

Controls Biofilms

Reduces buildup in pipes and tanks, improving water quality and system efficiency.

🌀

Improved Mixing

Brownian motion ensures better dispersion, especially in deeper areas of your system.

⚙️

Simple Integration

Works with your setup. Just add a pump, oxygen supply, and standard pipes.

💳

Cost Effective

Low upfront investment. Our nozzles work efficiently with equipment you already have.

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

What do I need to run a nanobubble nozzle?

Just a pump, a gas supply, and standard pipework. We supply the nozzle, hose, fittings, and flow meter with every order.

Which model should I choose?

Match the nozzle flow rate to your system circulation rate. Contact Biotech Aquatica with your system volume and pump details for sizing.

Can I use these with ozone?

Yes — all NBN models are ozone compatible. For continuous ozone use, we recommend upgrading to PTFE fittings.

What is the lead time for special orders?

Standard PVC models take 2–4 weeks. Custom material options (PTFE, stainless) may take longer.

NEED HELP SIZING YOUR SYSTEM?

Contact Biotech Aquatica with your system volume, pump details, and oxygen demand — we'll recommend the right NBN model.
