BUBBLE
NOZZLES
Tiny bubbles. Massive impact. Build longer-lasting oxygen reserves, eliminate pathogens, and control biofilms — all through your existing pump and pipework.
Why Professionals Choose Nanobubbles
Nanobubbles are tiny, stable bubbles that do big things for your aquaculture system. Here's what sets them apart.
Resistant to Degassing
Build longer-lasting oxygen reserves in water. Nanobubbles remain suspended far longer than conventional bubbles, ensuring sustained gas transfer.
Additional Biosecurity
Helps eliminate harmful bacteria, viruses, and parasites for healthier stock and cleaner water without chemical additives.
Increased Oxidation Capacity
Breaks down waste and organic materials more effectively than conventional aeration methods for cleaner system water.
Engineered for Performance
Every NBN nozzle delivers a suite of benefits that transform your water treatment capabilities.
💨 Resistant to Degassing
Build longer-lasting oxygen reserves in water. Nanobubbles remain suspended far longer than conventional bubbles.
🛡 Additional Biosecurity
Helps eliminate harmful bacteria, viruses, and parasites for healthier stock and cleaner water.
⚡ Increased Oxidation
Breaks down waste and organic materials more effectively than conventional aeration methods.
💳 Reduced O&O Use
Lower oxygen and ozone consumption is a typical outcome of nanobubble application in aquaculture.
🌱 Controls Biofilms
Reduces buildup in pipes and tanks, improving water quality and overall system efficiency.
🌀 Brownian Motion Mixing
Nanobubbles exhibit continuous random motion (Brownian motion), keeping them dispersed throughout the entire water column. In large volumes, this means more uniform oxygen distribution — even in deep tanks and far corners where conventional bubbles never reach.
⚗ Hydroxyl Radicals & ORP
Nanobubbles spontaneously produce hydroxyl radicals (•OH) when they collapse — one of nature's most powerful oxidisers. This drives a measurable increase in ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential), enhancing your system's ability to break down organic waste and suppress pathogens without additional chemical dosing.
💰 Cost Effective
Low upfront investment. No expensive hardware — our nozzles work with equipment you already have.

Supercharge Your Nanobubbles
Nanobubble nozzles work with ambient air, but the real magic happens when you feed them concentrated oxygen or ozone. Supercharge your gas transfer and unlock the full potential of nanobubble technology.
Ozone Generators
Feed ozone into your nanobubble nozzle for maximum oxidation and pathogen control. Our Redox Air and V-Series ozone generators pair perfectly with NBN nozzles. View Ozone Range →
Oxygen Concentrators

Stop Overpressurising Your Oxygen Cone
Do you run an oxygen cone with a venturi? There's a much better way to dissolve gas.
The Venturi Bottleneck
You're wasting energy forcing coarse bubbles into solution. When introducing gas via a contact nozzle (venturi), you need initial pressure to overcome the downward force of the cone. But it doesn't stop there. You then need to maintain high secondary pressure inside the reactor just to force those coarse bubbles into solution.
The Solution: Shrink Your Bubbles
Shrink your bubbles. Shrink your pressure. By breaking the gas down into nanobubbles, transfer happens almost instantly. Because there is far less loose oxygen left fighting to be dissolved, you don't have to run as high of a pressure in the reactor to get the job done.
Energy Savings
By lowering the secondary pressure requirement in the oxygen cone, you significantly decrease your pump's power use. Smaller bubbles = less pressure needed = less energy consumed. It's that simple.
Superior Immediate Transfer
The surface-area-to-volume ratio of nanobubbles means dissolution happens far quicker than venturi-produced bubbles. More gas transferred, less gas wasted.
Nitrogen Stripping
The tiny footprint of oxygen nanobubbles more effectively strips dissolved nitrogen gas from your water column — critical for fish health in intensive systems.
The Nanobubble Edge
You get all the inherent benefits of nanobubble technology — highly resistant to degassing, higher redox potential, and pathogen control. This isn't just a cone upgrade — it's a system transformation.
