All controllers: AC 220-240V/50-60Hz (120V/60Hz available). -L variants switch CO2 equipment to lower pH; -H variants switch dosing/buffer equipment to raise pH.
Dropping or Raising pH — Pick Your Direction
The pH controllers come in two directions of control. Same monitoring, same precision — the difference is which way the unit pushes your water when it drifts from set-point.
-L Variants — Dropping pH
For planted tanks, calcium reactors and CO2 systems. When pH rises above your set-point, the controller fires your CO2 solenoid to bring it back down. Ideal for aquaria where carbon dioxide drives your chemistry — planted tanks and calcium reactors alike.
-H Variants — Raising pH
For marine, reef and buffer-dosed systems. When pH falls below your set-point, the controller switches your dosing or buffer pump to lift it back up. Ideal for saltwater systems running alkalinity supplementation.
Monitor-Only Option
Not ready for automation? The ORP-3000, PH-2200 and CD-4000 monitors give you the same continuous readout without switching — upgrade to a controller later when your system needs it.
