Air Preparation is Mandatory: These units must be operated with an air preparation device (such as an air dryer or oxygen concentrator) to remove moisture and nitrogen. This prevents the formation of nitric acid, maximising ozone output and extending the life of the unit.

Backflow Prevention is Critical: A check valve must be installed between the ozone generator outlet and your water system (e.g., venturi injector) to prevent water from back-siphoning into the unit. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

Professional Installation: The unit must be installed by qualified personnel and connected to a properly grounded electrical circuit.
