30 PSI Output. Integrated Regulation. Maximum Saturation.
Whether you need to increase stocking densities, provide emergency oxygen support, or upgrade an existing ozone generator to high-efficiency oxygen feed, the OXI-SAT (Oxygen Saturation) range delivers the flow and pressure you need.
Unlike standard medical concentrators that struggle against back-pressure, every OXI-SAT unit is engineered with an upgraded compressor capable of achieving 30 PSI outlet pressure. This ensures deep-water penetration and compatibility with pressurized injection cones and ozone reactors.
Key Features Across the Range
High-Pressure Output (30 PSI): Designed for aquaculture and industrial applications, not just breathing. The upgraded compressor drives oxygen into your system with enough force to overcome head pressure and maximize saturation.
Integrated Outlet Regulator: Every unit features a built-in regulator to maintain consistent pressure and flow throughout your system, preventing fluctuations that can destabilize ozone generators or mixing cones.
Moisture Protection: We include a water separator prior to the molecular sieve beds. This critical pre-filtration step protects the sieve material from moisture, significantly extending the lifespan of the concentrator.
Choose Your Configuration
We offer the OXI-SAT in two distinct configurations to suit your facility and budget:
1. The Standard Series (5 LPM – 100 LPM)
The complete package. These units come in a robust, fully enclosed housing, ready for immediate deployment in plant rooms or hatchery floors. Ideal for standalone oxygen supply or feeding large-scale ozone systems.
2. The "Bare Bones" Series (3 LPM - 15 LPM)
Maximum value, minimum footprint. The Bare Bones (BB) models feature all the high-quality internals and simplified controls of the standard range but without the external housing.
Save Money: Reduced manufacturing costs mean a lower price point for you.
Save Space: Perfect for building into custom clinic rooms, rack systems, or tight plant rooms where external casing is unnecessary.
