Stainless Steel Probe
The old probe was sealed in plastic. The new one is stainless steel with direct water interface — meaning the sensor touches the water, not a plastic barrier. Result: faster reaction time and more accurate readings. You see temperature changes as they happen, not five minutes later.
Min/Max Memory
The headline feature. The display shows current temperature like always — but now it also records the highest and lowest temperatures since your last reset. Walk past your tanks in the morning, check the min overnight. Did the heater drop out at 3am? Did the chiller overshoot at midday? Now you know.

Toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit with a single button press. Celsius if you are sensible. Fahrenheit if you like chaos. Either way, one press and you are there — no menus, no settings, no app.
