Lifegard Aquatics® Heavy-Duty PVC Bulkhead (Slip x Slip)
The Lifegard Bulkhead is the foundation for reliable plumbing. It creates a secure, leak-proof seal when passing pipe through glass, acrylic, or other materials.

Leak-Proof Seal: Includes a high-quality rubber gasket for a watertight connection.
Slip x Slip Design: Allows for easy solvent-welding of standard PVC pipes on both sides.
Versatile Use: Ideal for creating overflows, drains, and closed-loop returns.
Glass Compatible: Can be installed in all non-tempered glass LIFEGARD® AQUATICS aquariums.
Installation Note: Hand-tighten only. We recommend professional drilling services for glass tanks.
The Lifegard Suction Screen is your first line of defense. It prevents debris, invertebrates, and small fish from entering your plumbing, protecting your pump from clogs and your aquatic life from harm.
Key Features:
Equipment & Livestock Protection: Slotted design blocks debris while maintaining high flow rates.
Simple Slip-Fit Installation: Press-fits securely inside a standard PVC slip fitting (like a coupler or the slip side of a bulkhead).
Easy Maintenance: Quickly removable for cleaning without tools.
Crucial Installation Note: This screen fits inside a slip fitting, not over a pipe. A slip coupling is required to connect it to an existing pipe.
