Nanobubble Pump and Nozzle Packages

Simple, Effective, and Affordable

Special Order Item! Lead Times Apply.

At Biotech Aquatica, we make nanobubble technology accessible and effective. Our Nanobubble Nozzle (NBN) systems come complete with the right pump, making it simple to integrate this powerful technology into your existing setup. Ideal for general applications such as ponds, sumps, and smaller aquaculture systems, our NBNs provide a comprehensive solution.

We offer both submersible and flooded suction pump options to suit your specific installation needs. For larger NBN models and complex installations, custom pump sizing will be required to ensure optimal performance. Contact us for tailored solutions.

Why Nanobubbles?

Nanobubbles are tiny, stable bubbles that do big things for your aquaculture system:

  • Resistant to Degassing: Builds longer-lasting oxygen reserves in water.
  • Additional Bio Security: Helps eliminate harmful bacteria, viruses, and parasites.
  • Increase in Redox and Oxidation Capacity: Breaks down waste and organic materials more effectively.
  • Reduction in Oxygen and Ozone Use: Typical outcomes from applying nanobubbles in aquaculture systems.
  • Control of Biofilms: Reduces buildup, improving water quality and system efficiency.
  • Improved Circulation, Mixing, and Oxygen Distribution: Through Brownian motion, nanobubbles ensure better oxygen dispersion, especially in deeper areas.

Our NBN (Nanobubble Nozzle) Range

Our NBNs are designed to work seamlessly with their accompanying pumps, making it easy and cost-effective to improve water quality and oxygen efficiency.

Standard Inclusions

All NBN (Nanobubble Nozzle) systems include:

  • A perfectly matched pump (submersible or flooded suction, depending on model and application).
  • PVC construction (default material for the NBN).
  • 5m polyurethane hose.
  • Bronze gas fittings.
  • Flow meter.

Upgrade Options

  • PTFE fittings: Ozone-compatible fittings are available as an upgrade.
  • Ozone-compatible hose: Sold separately for specific applications.

Other Material Options

For specialised applications, our NBNs are also available in:

  • HDPE: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
  • PTFE: Highly chemical-resistant, ideal for ozone integration.
  • SS304: Stainless steel for durability in harsh environments.
  • SS316: Premium stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance.

How Does It Work?

It’s simple:

  1. Connect: Our NBN systems come with a perfectly matched pump. Simply connect your oxygen supply and pipes.
  2. Install: Add the NBN to your system—it fits right in.
  3. Run: Set it at a low flow for continuous use or increase it during peak demand.
